I’m new to film photography. Bought a Canon AE-1 Program with the 1.4 lens last week. Been very happy with the purchase. There was quite a big selection of cameras and accessories. The store also doubles as his camera workshop. The owner was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for and then walked me through the options and the cameras’ capabilities. The owner then helped train us on how to use the camera. He was super friendly and patient with all the questions we have and also made sure we were aware of little things we hadn’t thought of. The dude definitely knows his cameras and really seems to enjoy working and talking about the equipment. He also seems very capable with the hardware. I would definitely recommend going there for used cameras or for any camera repairs.
The owner of this shop is a very nice man, and there are many types of film cameras.
Just bought a Olympus OM1 from him. Went around to check the price, yet I still found that this place offers the best price for a good condition camera. Although he didn't accept negotiation for the prices, he taught me how to operate the camera and threw in some freebies. Definitely recommended to come here to take a look and buy a film camera. Oh yes, only film camera in this store. Nothing else but film camera. Take a BTS to Phloen Chit, look out for the Mahatun Plaza (the bronze coloured building in my photo). His store is on level 1. Follow google maps!
An amazing selections of film cameras & film. The owner is very knowledgeable about the cameras & their workings. He went through everything with me as far as the different dials, loading the film, test film, finding a case for the camera. Great deals & great cameras.
