It's one of the best hotel buffets in town. Expect the crowd on weekend. Staff is super nice. Go and look for Marisa if you require special assistance during the visit. She is just so helpful and thoughtful. For buffet, you'll get one free grilled lobster for each person. If you ever come for breakfast, you'll be able to get unlimited fresh coconut.

Not a big fan of buffet but lunch buffet at The Rain Tree Cafe made me feel comfortable. Decent range in term of both quality and variety. The room is spacious and comfortable. Lovely staffs too. Friends, family, or even business would be fine with this joint.
The hotel claims to have Covid measures but seems like the restaurant wasn’t taking notes. There was way too many people, too crowded. The staff when asked if they have no maximum limit to people coming at the same time, answered “we do but they said they have to come so we can’t do anything”. Well, I wasn’t being told anything when I booked a table. They have covers to all food plates which seems like a good Covid measure that makes us feel a bit better but left them all OPEN and the staff when asked why they don’t have them closed, answered “Cause there are so many guests, we don’t want them to waste time”. I don’t think the staffs understand what these measures are for really. And they need more training.
One of the biggest buffet spread in Bangkok. Food taste is excellent. Been going here for more than a decade now.
What I love the most is they got a huge fresh fruits juice bar, what impressed me the most is one morning I wanted to order just half glass of ginger then asked for some warm water and honey try to heal me from the stomach pain, the young gentleman who worked behind the juice bar just deliver me with a perfect mix of ginger honey water, I’ll say is so far the best version I’ve tasted and this young gentleman definitely lighten up my day with his thoughtful service. Thank you and the whole team here, staff and Manager all with professional manner and still let you feels like home. highly Recommended.
