We had a most unpleasant experience at the store today. We would have rated you a -5 stars if option is available. Appalled and speechless at the service standards of a Japanese store. All the store staffs are grossly undertrained and very unprofessional. Sales staff provided inaccurate pricing information. During payment, we requested to cancel the item when we noticed that it was double the price quoted which is grossly overpriced (the refill is more expensive than the actual bottle of the same volumn?!). Next, the undertrained cashiers do not know how to proceed with my credit card refund. When they have finally cancelled my initial transaction on their point-of-sales system without voiding my credit card payment nor did they refunded my payment in cash, they insisted for us to make another payment again for the remaining items! Lastly, the staffs refused to let us leave with our purchases and disputed with us for the next 30 minutes and we almost missed out return flight. We will not patronise your chain of stores again as your items are grossly overpriced, store staffs are unprofessional and dishonest.
