Best ground, best atmosphere and best fans in the Thai league . I'm a season ticket holder and love going to the Pat stadium.

Great little stadium ,close to the pitch, only 3 quid in English money to get in, beer outside for 1.50 a pint , friendly locals and a great way to meet people. Football as.it used to in the UK, and the standard of football is better than I expected. Win ,lose or draw go.youll have a great time.
Home of Port FC, this is one of Thailand's most historic football clubs, founded in 1969. Many of the other teams in the Thai top flight are over commercial 'newbies,' whereas Thai Port, as it used to be known, is very much a working class club in a working class neighborhood - Klongtoei. They we're quite a poor team when I used to attend games regularly; know they are fourth, so it seems the footballing side of the club has improved a lot over recent years. If you've not attended a game in Thailand, Port is a good starting point. Nearest station is Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. It's about 25 baht to take a motorcycle taxi to the ground from there.
Awesome stadium, certainly one of the best I have visited in Thailand, as it is a really football stadium and not a converted athletics stadium. Crowd right up and close to the purchase and the action with a great atmosphere.
4 to 1 victory made for an exceptional experience! Tied in the first half, but never looked back in the second. An enthusiastic home crowd was relentless with the referees; however, courteous and accommodating in the stands. Young and old were treated with respect and i witnessed many occasions where someone looked backwards to be certain that the veiw was not obstructed if they stood. Team spirit jerseys and scarves and more is available before and during the event. They close right after the match so get there early!
