I visited Park Court on a Sunday afternoon. At the time, they were setting up in the garden for some event and blasting the environment with disco music with an over-amplified bass. There are a temple and more condos right across the canal. This place is not luxury but ignorance!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I was intrigued by the concept of Park Court Onnut - large 300 sqm units with modern appliances and tranquil resort style common areas with pool, etc. I believed I had found my sanctuary in a busy area of Bangkok that in parts has preserved its original Thai charm. My research on the place revealed some shocking truths that are prohibitive for anybody looking for a good quality living environment: - Access to Park Court is inconvenient and congested. - The adjacent klong is stinky stagnant water with silly noisy boats. - Opposite are a school and a temple, causing a lot of noise. If that is not enough for you: Shouting gardening workers use a noisy diesel engine to suck water from the klong. This created a bizarre atmosphere in the development when I visited. Frustrated tenants from the apartments across the klong confirmed that the engine practically runs all day. They also complained that during construction the developer never respected any night time or holidays, thus stressing the community with around the clock construction noise. On the empty plot of land next to Park Court, Sansiry just started a new development ensuring construction noise for at least another year. Avoid this place. A rent of 130 - 150 K THB gives you a plethora of MUCH better options in Bangkok. Park Court is nowhere near to being a sensible choice.
