I wanted to get a quote from Pacific Cross via their website. One could get a quote directly by filling in some information on their After filling in name and email address one needed to indicate the P.A. Benefit in a selection box. There was just selection to choose from. So the first thing I wondered about is why they put a selection box there, if one can only choose from one option. Secondly, the phrasing to choose was very cryptic, so I wanted first to know what it meant as I couldn’t find any information on this. I used the contact button next it, but after keying in the information and hit the send button an error happened and was displayed. Okay, I did the same on another browser. The effect was the again the same. Okay, then let me send an email via there inquiry email address. That was meanwhile 10 days ago. Still nothing. FOR A COMPANY WITH THEIR CORE BUSINESS BEING PROVIDING CARE, THEY DON’T APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT THAT SERIOUSLY.

I highly recommend Pacific Cross for health insurance coverage in Thailand. I am 68 have always self insured , but with the Non-Imm O-A visa rules requiring coverage I figured it was time to do it properly. Following a medical examination I found the underwriting of the policy to be clear and open, no surprises on what is and is not covered. A good network of hospitals on offer. Peace of mind.
