Disappointed to see that after spending a sizable sum of money to own the uMagic equipment and found out that there is additional cost to download program to increase usability of this equipment. Eventhrough, the cost of download these programs are not a large amount but the payment method is also lack of creativity. The customer who is purchasing this equipment will be post teenager and don't even know what is PayPal. Should you have a better payment system? Or even better program should be free of charge since it value will not improve your overall earning anytime soon. Disappointed customer.
