Overbooking practises seem to be usual in this company. We've been informed by them of our booking cancellation 7 days before the departure, but we can see that the flight cancelled for us departs without any issue (see images). We've been lucky finding a similar flight in another company. Avoid problems in your holidays by avoiding Nok and booking preferentially with other companies like Bangkok Airways, who respect the customer and should be an example for Nok if one day Nok decides to comply with their contracts.

I had to edit my review. I had to give it two stars I was thinking one. Our flight was delayed 4 hours out of Ubon Ratchathani. The problem was the other Nok flight was delayed also. So now you have two flights in the terminal and tension was brewing. That to stab you in the heart. The other flight left before mine. Not good practice. Will probably not fly Nok again.

Low cost airline with low service mind too. Usually low cost airline has a great customer service because they need the volume. Surprisingly Nok Air doesn’t think that way. I booked the flight 2 months ago for my trip and suddenly Nok Air changes the flight time 3 hours later. Therefore I can’t take their new flight time because I need to connect to another transportation. I need to change the flight to one day earlier. I have to pay extra hotel because of changing flight time by Nok Air. I have to change to new flight time because of Nok Air Nok Air was responsible for changing the flight time. My question is... do I need to change the flight time if Nok Air keeps their original plan? Nok Air business can survive if Nok Air cares the customer more.

NOK Air is a budget ticket flight company. The yellow colour of the stewards are really stunning. I admire these young people's sense of service and decorum. The flight was full from Chiang Mai to Bangkok indicating that this airline is a favourite of the patrons. It held time precision but arrived a little delayed. However I enjoyed the travel and found it's a wonderful carrier. If you have extra luggage you will need to pay.
