One of the best apartment near the Price of Songkhla University. Room is very large with bathtub. However, the internet is terrible 3mins to load Google. The operator cant help about internet. There are 3 24/7 market nearby (711)
Stayed there for 2 nights, absolutely love it, everything was just as expected n more. The staffs are very friendly n helpful, arrived early around 11am n they rush the cleaners to prep the studio, checked in after 30mins! Bravo!. Very spacious n clean studio. Don't understand why some ppl are complaining? Location may be a bit off but it's made known in maps before booking? Absolutely will book again! Well done!
Pros: Great but limited parking below the apartment. There's more parking beside the hotel. Great service by the receptionist. Wonderful suite room. Cons: Sticky floor but cleaned after request to receptionist. 4th floor Router is broken but not told earlier. No WiFi for the length of stay. The area surrounding the bathtub is not clean. However the room really look nice!

Contemporary design, clean and quite new. Ample parking but quite far from City area. Nearby area with lots of cheap eats and convenient store. Huge family room... Good for family trips with cars driving around Hatyai
I have more than a complaint to make, after 10 months of living. The car parking security guys are incredibly rude while the receptionist are smiley and kind but for foreigners even a basic communication can’t be met, which has created some tough situations of incomprehension. Cleaners are lazy and never clean common areas or even rooms well, and during rainy season water comes in the corridors from the emergency exit and is not dried out making a massive mess. But during your check out I was surprisingly charged 2000b for cleaning fees, which is more expensive than a 4star hotel! Bills for electricity are also incredibly expensive for the usage made, and talking about monthly payment, you are charged quite a lot, and also you ll be charged a 3500b rental fee for the ammenities in your room, each month of stay. The neighbor often like to play out loud music overnight which make it very hard to get to sleep. Last but not least I paid my deposit in cash, was given after check out 2weeks before they would transfer it back to my european bank account, which has never happened. I had to chase them with several calls in which was very hard to be understood in English, but especially to understand them. After over a month they suddenly decided on their own without asking for my approval to transfer the deposit to my girlfriend’s thai bank account, even charging to her the bank transfer fees. I got my money, but what if we broke up? They would have sent my money to someone else without my approval! Very terrible experience overall. Many better places can be found at a cheaper price! Very disappointing!
Quiet environment but the room couldn't kept out the noise from outside. Big room, with a partition bed room, bathroom with shower and bath tub, living area and pantry area with furniture. Less amenity in the room. Overall is not so cleaned but bedroom is still ok. Bed, bed sheet, pillows are cleaned. Located opposite to Songkhla Nakarin University and very near the International Convention Center. Nice staff. Breakfast provided on request and get charged.
