Fantastic \stock\ soup, but this soup is no ordinary culinary experience!! I heavily recommend trying the rolled noodle soup with crispy pork and minced pork. The texture and flavor of each, adding to the already wonderful soup. There are other dishes you can get here, but I strongly encourage you to try their namesake dish (rolled noodle soup) and if you want anything else get it in addition to the soup. If there is a line when you go, and you are trying to figure out if it is worth the wait or not, trust me it is worth the wait. There's a reason people, locals and travelers alike, eat here and are willing to wait for the food here. Also, the price is well worth it, a large serving of soup will leave you with enough change to go explore the nearby markets for anything you can think of. Please note, if you really dislike waiting, i suggest going for lunch, as dinner is when the line to be seated can become extremely long.

Crispy pork that - against all odds - manages to stay crunchy in its white peppery broth with rolled noodles.
Great place and reasonably priced. However very difficult to find because the signs are in Thai.
Kuay jab with Hot white pepper soup . Delicious soup. Braised pork is not tender enough. Hot bowl soup pork spare rib 's soup has too much sweetness.
Incredible food. We visited a few times during our time in Bangkok to try out various dishes here. Of course their roll noodle soup is the specialty and it was so good with the crispy pork! We also tried their pork leg rice which was amazing. Particularly tasty with some of the table hot chilli sauce. Lastly, we tried some spare rib type dish which was also very tasty. If you’re going to check this place out I would recommend the pork roll noodle soup with a side of the crispy pork. SO GOOD.
