Great place to stop by for a quick tour of this historical Chinese school of Phuket. The ticket is 50 Baht per person with a guided tour of the school. You can learn more about the origin of the Chinese migrants into Thailand mostly to start working in the tin mines as labourers. Many, through hard work and determination, became prominent business owners of tin mines and palm oil plantations. There are other historical artifacts of the old town and the way of life in the classical Phuket's China European style shop-houses.

I’ve been to 4 museums in the Old Town Phuket. This is one of the two that I strongly recommended. (Another is Woo Gallery.) Good displays and story-telling in this old school building. It gives visitors a good impression of people who were the great-grandfathers of today’s generation. Good explanation of Phuket heritage and roots, close tie with Penang. Well worth a good 1-1.5 hour visit.

Nice place to visit, you can learn a lot of stories about the early Chinese immigrants here. When I was here people in Phuket were celebrating the veg festival, something clearly having Chinese influence. I was surprised until I saw how Chinese influenced local communities here. Ticket price 200 bahts.
