The worst airline in Thailand. I went for my flight, there was no one at the check in counter, they said the close check in counter 45 min prior to flight but there was no one at check in counter even an hour before the flight. Then when I went to the sales office they only had one person working and they were very rude to the customers ahead of me in line so I figured I'd have trouble. She was very rude to me and wanted me to pay for a new ticket as well as a fee for changing the ticket. I asked for a supervisor to come and tall to me and no one would come. Absolutely worst airline in Thailand, honestly worst airline in the world. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I understand the airline industry, I've worked in so im generally very understanding of airlines and the issues they have but this was on another level. Never fly with them. Also as for safety, it seems they are not up to par. If you fly with them you are at risk of losing you money and possibly your life with the way they maintain their planes.

Used this airline twice. The first time they oversold the plane so.much they had to get a second plane which took 1.5 hours or more waiting in a sweaty packed airport. The second time the plane was fully loaded amd ready tp go but we got stuck waiting on the runway....which happens but the bad part was they had no air conditioning on the plane. People were getting very hot and angry. I temperature in the cabin reached what i would call dangerous to passengers as we were leaving bali and tje outside temp was 32 degrees so you can imagine how hot and gross a fully packed plane would get. To top that off they don't allow outside food or drink. Then they give you a menu with 2 choices of drinks and two choices of meals which were nothing that i recognized. Then when they came to serve food they didnt even have what was on the menu and only accepted cash, did not have change for U.S. dollar and would not accept bills that were not 100% perfect condition. No free water or food even though they will make you sweat for a hour plus in the airport or in the cabin....maybe both. Also no entertainment screens on their planes. No charging ports.You can not choose your seats in advance even though I paid for preferred seats twice i did not get them on either flight i took. When you do arrive at your destination expect a bus ride to get to the terminal or both to the plane and terminal. I will never fly with this airline again and i wouldn't reccomend it to my worst enemy.
The sales counter is really not well designed to favor efficient transactions, the staff seems borried to be there and not helpful at all. For any information, the ladies there just give a piece of paper with basic information and become nervous when you start asking questions. Second time with Thai Lion Air but last time for sure.
