I have not had any problems with this office, employers speak limited amount of English but enough to understand each other. Make sure to take a queue card when you arrive. Hours of operation is actually 8:30am-4:30pm

Staff have been helpful as we try to keep all our immigration stuff in order. Usually someone who speaks some English to help, though we do most of our conversation in Thai. They keep to the rules, but help clarify what we need to do. When we went to extend my wife's visa, which is not a common type of circumstance they deal with, they actually went and looked it up in the book, and explained what was needed. When I went back with the documentation in hand, it was a fairly simple and relatively quick process (we were in there about an hour, including a small amount of waiting). It's never been very busy when we have gone, but I suppose there are some busier times.
