Interesting place. Ruins of a vast ancient palace. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Lots of trees and a few ponds with water. Many path and information boards. There is a lot of space to take a walk. Sightseeing time 30-60 minutes. You can buy drinks and snacks outside. Inside the toilet. Entry ticket for a maximum of 200 baths.

I really fall in love with this place. It is an interesting Khmer sanctuary. It was built in the 15th Buddhist century and was renovated during 18th and 19th century. It is a place to learn how people at that time built the beautiful building without any high technology or machines....._

Khmer style temple build in the 11th century AD. Renovation is almost completed. Like most Khmer period temples Prasart Hin Phanom Wan faces east, was originally build as a Hindu temple and later changed to become a Buddhist temple.

I like this place. It good to visit and learned that this Prasat Hin was built in the same period with Prasat Hin Pimai. The story told that Prasat Hin Pimai was built by women team while Prasat Hin Phanom Wan was built by men team. Both competed to build and finally Prasat Hin Pimai won the competition because the trick that they pretended they finished building and when the men team know that they lose then they stop building, and realized later that the women team cheating them but because they are husband and wife team so men team turnen to help women team to finished Prasat Hin Pimai.
