We were sold 2 phones that we were assured worked in the US and were an upgrade from what we had. When we got back to the US we found out that the phones are only 2G or 3G and will not work on 4G which is the standard which will soon be going to 5G. We are in the process of disputing the charge. If this store does the right thing and reimburses us, I will update this review. We plan on sending the phones back after talking with them.
