One of the best view points around Chiang Rai, the road is dangerous - don't go up if it's raining, it's not a proper road, pretty muddy

Amazing views looking back towards Chiang Rai and especially the enormous White Buddha. The ride up here on the Honda 125 Click auto was an adrenaline hit and took my fullest concentration to keep to the smoothest line. Big wheels would have helped smooth out the bumps and a semi auto would have allowed engine braking going down instead of free wheeling. Wrong horse for the course!
If you are not comfortable on a motorbike I do not recommend going up, very steep and the road is not good. The way back down isn’t much easier. If it is raining, I would not even try on a bike. Otherwise, the view is great!
A steep trail leading to this peak. This may be a challenge with a motorbike. I wouldn't even try when it's raining as the road floods. Nice view from a top. You can see the sunrise from here but not sunset. I saw some grazing water buffalo at the top. They noticed me and took a defensive position.
No one else around, very hard to get to the view point with motorbike, but not impossible.
