Amazing swimming pool and garden. Also great neighborhood with many eateries, shops, and even a local bar area nearby. Also Great for short to medium term monthly stays and highly flexible (they’ll even help store your some of your stuff if you leave and come back later)

This is one of the reasons why I came to Chiang Mai. I love Sereneteak Boutique. Natural things can be both good and bad. So I chose the advantage of nature. There is a pool and a garden and it gives me inspiration. My room is Minimel. And I enjoy my minimalism life. The owner and manager are friendly. When there is a problem, it solves it as if it were their problem. There is also a dry cleaner around who has a kind boss. The 7-Eleven is 3 minutes ' walk. The sound of the airplane and the songtaw next to the house can be annoying. But it didn't matter to me. I think here is my Chiang Mai home.

Love the place. Stayed there for two months, everybody is super friendly, the swimming pool is great, and there is a little restaurant there that we really liked.

Beautiful apartment well kept, the rooms have charm with a view. Away from the tourist area but still close to Maya Mall. Also walking distance to many local bars and restaurants
