Featuring alignment focused Yoga Asana Nit is a very careful instructor with a good sense of how much each body is capable of using props and sequencing to bring people along I enjoy using the ropes, slings backbenders,etc., so this is a perfect adjunct to flow-style sessions and my own practice
I booked a private aerial yoga class. It was my first time 'flying' and Teacher Nyit (sp?) made me feel comfortable and safe, but still challenged me. We had a lot of laughs, it was really fun. I'm hooked! Looking forward to my next session. Love the open air space and garden. Highly recommend!
