Beautiful place to practice up in the trees. The instructor was amazing and had such good energy to him. He really took his time to help and encourage my two guy friends who were new to yoga. Really reasonable price at 325 baht- mat, water, towel, and a juice from the bar included. I did the Ashtanga Vinyasa class which got my blood pumping and my mind settled. Everyone loved it- including the newbies! Only regret not going there sooner!

I stayed at CC's Hideaway and did a yogi class at Beloved twice a day. The three teachers are all amazing and really experienced. They offer a great variety of classes (8.20am & 5.30pm). I enjoyed every class and can highly recommend the studio. They have mats, water, towels and other props and a great ocean view!
Stayed a few days and did daily yoga here for a week. Staff are lovely, environment is nice, classes are good. I might even go back someday...
Really disappointed, was looking forward to attending a yoga class at the venue and arranged for transport through the venue. Waited for 40 minutes and no one turned up. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
We booked one yoga class and enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay in Phuket for another two days and move to the hotel. The teachers were very good. Had two classes with MJ and one with Mew. Enjoyed the different styles. The yoga takes place at the rooftop of the hotel (CC's Hideaway). And if you're lucky, you will be surrounded by butterflies during your practice. Lovely place! PS: if you're not staying at the hotel, they offer a shuttle for THB 150 from your hotel, just send a WhatsApp to the number on their homepage.
Serene setting overlooking Kata bay. Excellent yoga session with focus on pranayama. Highly competent teacher. As a beginner i learnt some interesting facts about energy flow.
Loved it! We went to the 5:30pm class with Nuya. She kicked our butts with her vinyasa Flow. We practiced headstand and scorpion pose. The studio will pick you up for 150 BHT if you are staying at another local hotel. They will also drop you off after class for free!
A bit expensive (325 b), but worth it.
