This chandlery in Port Takola is owned and operated by Sebastien (from Toulouse) and his wife May. Sebastien is also the Operations Manager. The shop operating from a transportable is very well stocked and thanks to Krabi’s proximity to Phuket, Sebastien was able to quickly source for me a replacement diesel fuel fitting. With his excellent local knowledge, Seb was also able to help me carry out emergency repairs to my engine cooling pumps on a previous occasion and more recently, install an engine oil pressure gauge. Great dealing with someone who knows his stuff, helpful and is warm and friendly to boot. Thanks Seb and May.
