Have bought over 150,000 baht of fans from this company, two fans had to be sent back for warranty work, they were sent pakaged well on their return they were badly packed loose in a box causing damage to the light plate cover, they refused to replace the item, I suggest that MR KEN makes a nice fan but his after sales service is extremely poor! I will never deal with this company again!
