Contrary to the overall good reviews this pharmacy gets I have an average experience with them. The first time it was ok, but it was a simple case. I give them 3-4 stars for that. The second time was bad. The guy behind the counter was not particularly helpful. I needed to types of medicine. The first they did not have and the guy said I could only get it at a hospital pharmacy. As it turns out the smaller pharmacy next door had it plentifully. The second medicine was a common medicine used, for example, for migraines (Fluranazine Acis). He did not have it and only showed me a dubious alternative. I gave him the names of two well-known Thai alternatives (Flunamed, Flunagen), but he said they did not have them without even bothering to look for them. A while ago a much smaller pharmacy in a different part of Bangkok had one of them (Flunamed) and was willing to order the other one for me (Flunagen). Again, the pharmacy next door had a third (non-dubious) alternative (Fludan) as well as an imported version (Sibelium). Overall, while this is a relatively big pharmacy it would - going forward - not be my go-to place, more a last resort, primarily due to the lack of service and secondarily because despite its size it it is not that well stacked. Overall score, 0.5*(3.5 1) 2.25 stars.

Very quick and friendly service at a fair price. I purchased a stethoscope here, and there was a decent range to choose from. The shop itself is quite large and well stocked.
