MMS cancelled or didn't show up 6 times in the last 9 weeks. Their slogan is 'save your valuable time, get a maid'. I would like to say that they clearly have no concern about their customer's valuable time, as they have left me without a mid for 6 week out of 9, leaving me to clean my own apartment. As of yesterday (18/3/20), I have asked them to return my deposit and they are now ignoring my emails. I am very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Classic lazy Thai service. Please avoid them at all costs, as there are dozens of reputable cleaning companies in Bangkok that care about their customers. If the quality of work was to a high standard, I may have been able to look past the terrible customer service, but one time the maid didn't even clean my bathroom floor. I know this because when i inspected the floor upon returning home, there was broken glass on the floor from a smashed glass a few days prior. Disappointment after disappointment. MAI DEE.

This is really good experience. Fair price and so much easier than hiring own maid. Well trained staff and the admin is spot on with billing etc. Never any issues. Use both for cleaning (maid) and nanny service. Thank you.

Didn't clean well, waste of money. Have to pay another maid. (Btw it's my girlfriend who booked the service in November. Can't say I'm surprised owner is rude in their comment. Blame the customer.)
