Great bike but no service. I bought a GS310 at the Bangkok autoshow, it was delivered 15 December. I was told it had warning light when I got the bike it did not, no refund nothing. My friend bought a Honda 500 the same day same price two weeks later he had his white number plates and the first service was free as well as first year insurance. I got nothing of that and today, 9th of June, I still do not have my white plates. They never call me for update I always have to call them and always get promised they will call back. Great bike but I will not buy again at BMW due to poor service.

Friendly staff good english spoken my old 2006 car got a good service. I was also Warned of next works to be planned change of brake pads for the next service.
