Very good equipment with nice steam room and a sauna. But be careful when using the s and s rooms very easy to slip and easy to stay too long, an accident waiting to happen. The staff very helpful. Pity there is no app or way of recording your progress on the machines, would be useful. All very clean and good value.

It’s a nice gym. One of the nicest I’ve ever been to. You also pay top dollar for a pass. About 120 CAD/month for a gym pass. Bench press, incline, decline, squat, most machines. I got a 3 month pass and it was 9000 baht.
Best gym in Chiang Mai: not crowded, great equipment, sparkly clean, hot showers, lockers, great cardio section. A little bit expensive but if you workout on a daily basis it's ok. I would give 5 stars if it was a littke cheaper.
High class, very expensive (18/1time) but very nice workout sauna possible
I was hesitating with getting a 1 month membership because it is over 2x what I would pay for a similar quality 1 month gym membership in Canada (Goodlife, or LA fitness). However after trying a bunch of other fitness centres in Chiang Mai. The gym and location are the best option I found. I am happy to spend the extra money for quality, given a lack of other options. Pros: 1. Good new standardized equipment and weights 2. Air Purifiters and Air Condintioning 3. Nice location within maya mall, can grab a meal afterwards
Great place to workout. Air conditioning is critical in Chiang Mai and they keep it a good temp. There’s a squat rack and oly lifting pad. Gets a little busy a couple nights a week but never busy during the day and can always get a good workout in.
Love the place! Simply the best in CM
Great facilities but too expensive for what it is. They have some really good quality pieces of equipment (new Hammer leg press, hack squat, chest press etc), but only one squat rack/platform, poor quality spinning bikes and no medicine balls. Price was 85 for a 10 day pass, easily the most expensive gym I've been to (even compared to Central London) and they have the cheek to try and charge an extra 40 Baht for a gym towel (none provided for free like you would expect in every gym).
