Nice townhome project with good facilities in great location, only 2-3 kilometers from BTS Phraeksa. The road to the project, even though quite dark at night, is huge and private. There is some small flea market, commercial area for daily shopping, football field and Muay Thai stadium on main road Phraeksa, could be useful for families. Robinson shopping mall and good night market called Black Market is also nearby. Not too far from Motorway No. 9 (Kanchanaphisek road). Something you cannot change and have to deal with is the main road Phraeksa, it is probably the worst and most dangerous road in Thailand, the foot path is non existent, flood on the road after small raining, bumpy surface, and most importantly people just ignore traffic rules, jeopardizing your family member safety.
