Classy hotel with all the amenities. Professional service, friendly staff, beautiful rooms with ample space (and in some cases, bathtubs!) the grounds are beautiful with large trees, a gorgeous swimming pool, and river views.

Location:10/10 right in the city, easily access to town. Plus the place is very nice and peaceful. Service:10/10 friendly and helpful staffs ;) Room:10:10 large clean room with large toilet, also balcony with good view (big tree ,garden and a little of kok river) Food :10/10 at Favola, good italian restaurant! 8/10 for breakfast esp Latest recipe ; quality of croissant could be improved. (We really like croissants at Le-chiang mai, and expected to have the same quality here) -good to have fresh fruit juice and good thai food. Facilities: 9/10 too small pool but good view 8/10 for gym since there are 2 treadmils but 1 is out of service. At the time i went there, there are 3 guests and all wanted to use it. :( Overall -highy recommended for a peaceful stay in Chiang rai:)

As a Titanium Elite, We got upgraded to Grand Deluxe Poolview room and chose Complimentary breakfast. The room is very spacious and clean. Thank you for turn down service. I like the location and amenities here, but it's too cold to go into the pool during winter. 5 stars service overall. Breakfast is great, served a la cart and has choices of Northern food and American.

Had a fantastic stay here. The property is located on the riverside, making it the perfect place for relaxing. The pool and artificial pond are very beautiful!! There’s the nice riverside flower garden where you can take some photos. I recommend you book the grand deluxe rooms. They are spacious and have a large balcony with the pool and the river view. Additionally, the location is perfect for commuting to the airport. It’s only \u003c10mins to reach the airport.

Awesome. Stayed here for 2 nights, the experience was great. If I ever go to Chiang Rai again, I will be staying here. The staff was nice . The room was great. The breakfast buffet was filling and yummy. The climate was pleasant. The restaurant favola needs its own review - the food was delicious and the river view is breathtaking. The sky was so clear. I enjoyed some drinks too. Overall a great experience

A great hotel, worthy of a five-star name. Not only cleanliness, but also staff support and greetings that are indispensable when passing each other. And the breakfast buffet is also satisfying. I want to stay for a week.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It is quieter than normal due to closed borders but still a lovely atmosphere. We took advantage of the nightly happy hour in the bar on our first evening. We ate in the Favola restaurant on the riverside also, wonderful Italian food. Buffet breakfast was good. Great location for exploring Chiang Rai and the neighbouring area. The staff were very attentive and pleasant, would definitely stay again.

Very nice property in Chiang Rai. This was my second time here. I love it’s quiet location and stunning swimming pool. Service is very good and staff are really helpful and friendly; thanks to the Concierge team for the help with booking bus tickets and other transfers and tips. The only thing I would want to see is mood lighting at the outlets at night time. Both the bar and the Favola Restaurant are way too bright at night - we wanted to have dinner there but decided to go outside cause the white light was not that relaxing. The scrub/massage was very good too, thanks Elle.
