First of all we payed a fairly large premium to get the cab as they have a set rate for cuty zones. Yousee the price you say well pricey but ok. Then on the way to your destination the driver extorts you for road toll very unprofessional. Was not pleased with the way it was done.

We booked a roundtrip bangkok airport transfer from the suvarnabhumi airport to our hotel in the city. The driver was friendly and waited for us inside the airport. The van was clean inside and out.
Excellent service from Bangkok Airport Limo. Driver was cordial and very professional, after a long flight from the US I was pleased to easily see the driver holding up my name at the designated spot. I HIGHLY recommend this Bangkok Airport Transfer service and will use it again on my return to Thailand.
Deleayed pick up time. I made a reservation for a limousine from Bangkok suvarnabhumi Airport in advance. I booked the pick up time at 05:15 but the limousine was ready to go at 05:36. Their representative said it delayed because I did not tell the flight number in the booking. However there was no such information required during the booking process. Moreover no one called to get that neccessary information. The point is the limousine was not ready to go at the pick up time.
