Love this place! Right ON the beach. It’s nicely styled, has a private outdoor area and is close to some amazing restaurants. It’s sparkling clean and will accommodate 4 adults easily. The owners will give you a warm welcome and after your first sunset there, you might not want to leave again!

Absolutely perfect. Incredible location!! Beach view from our porch. A cool, residential, funky spot with great sand and sunset views. We never wanted to leave. Joanna was a perfect host — kind, helpful, and always replied immediately. Thai Mama across the street brought delicious food to our table every night. We will be back!
The beach villa was clean and looked as exactly as described in the ad, perfectly situated for our family to enjoy the beach and traditional Thai restaurants on the water. The host added so much value to the experience as she was able to provide us a deal on a car rental and help us with an itinerary of must see and dos on the island. One memorable Thai restaurant is just across the street with the best food and prices on the island and she will deliver the food right to our dining table. She was our “Thai Mama” for the rest of our stay on the island. Our family was able to walk to a few beach bars / pools without stepping on the road as it’s all accessible from the beach. Noteworthy the villa is located directly between the road and the beach and can be a little noisy at times. The host has thought of everything and provides noise canceling machine and ear plugs. Cool places were King Busch Reggae Bar and Music Beach, also many restaurants that line the beach for some dining with a view. Our short stay was memorable and would highly recommend anyone new to this island to book with this host. Great value for money.
The Beach villa is a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The outdoor living space is perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing in the fresh air. The villa itself is incredibly stylish with lots of personal touches that makes for a very “homey” atmosphere. With many local Thai restaurants and 7-11 stores in walking distance, the location is very convenient. Although it is next to a busy street, the noise was never a problem and remained a very relaxing space. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to travel to Koh Samui and truly experience the island.
From the moment we entered the property you could feel the love that had been put into the Beach Villa. Everything from the bedrooms to the shower to the outside living space gave you a really warm feeling. The location is perfect as provides you with a quiet area in Koh Samui but not too far from the hustle and bustle. There are many places to eat close by and the host even introduced us to the restaurant next door that delivers food all served up with plates and cutlery . Its like having hotel service with the advantages of being in your own home, the food being top quality and for excellent prices. The hosts were always there to help if we had any questions (response time was very fast) and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We will not only be coming back to visit again we will be recommending this place to anyone who mentions they will be travelling to Koh Samui!!! 5 stars all round.
