The spa is one of it's own. The staff is super friendly and always there for you. The steam caves alone are a good reason to go there. The vegetarian snacks you get served while in the spa are delicious. Did I mention they also have coffee and cake?

Love this place! So relaxing and calming. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive. They gave us fruits and flowers in our villa. I love their way of taking care customers, very gentle and relaxing!

My wife and I went for the four-hour spa based on a friend’s recommendation. The first 1 1/2 hours was the sauna. Then followed by 2 1/2 hours Thai yoga massage. The place was very well maintained and clean. The massage was soothing. The after massage snacks were also tasty.

The most important first. The masseurs know what they are doing and the massages are excellent. The massage rooms are outdoors surrounded by the beauty of Samuis nature. Nice breeze from the fans so don't worry you won't be uncomfortable. The massage oils are OK... Could be better. The steam and plunge pool experience before can be touristy and a bit busy but see it as an added perk. Value for money is reasonable. If you are in a 5 star hotel skip the over priced spas there and head here.

There are massages, and there ARE massages. This fall into the latter category. It's not so much a massage but rather the joruney starting from the steam room, the exfoliation, the natural dip pool and the finale - the massage. The steam rooms and dip pools are located amist a lush magical forest away from everything (wish I had one like it in my backyard). Highly recommended for couples! Tip - If you have a kid 9 years or older, the Tamarind staff is more than happy to watch over and feed them at the cafe. Just give the kiddo a book and ask them to stay put. Tip 2 - The 4 hour treatments are broken into 3 slots per day. Best to book early and indicate your preferred slot.

Best spa I've ever been to. The steam caves were so relaxing and the ponds were refreshing after the steam. I had the thai yoga massage, which I would have loved the oil massage after! The thai massage was lovely, just not what I'm used to in terms of a massage. The food is great, however there is a lot of Soy in it (tofu) and for someone with an allergy, I could not eat any of it. But I heard it was delicious.

Very unique spa and steam experience amongst the jungle and mountain. The cave steaming and jungle pools were a real highlight. One of the best massages I've ever had if a little long at 2.5hours. Quite expensive but worth it. No photos as the spa confiscates your phone on booking your treatment

A beautiful spa with fresh water springs. Behind the main building is a welcoming collection of large natural rocks that the natural springd flow through. The spa has cold plunge pools and hot steam rooms cut into the rocks. There are a good selection of natural body scrub treatments to choose from. After the pool treatments you head up along picturesque walkways towards large open pavillions where you take your massage. I recommend the 2.5-hour Thai Yoga massage. The massures are experts. Probably the best massage I have ever had. The staff are very caring and it was a first class service. You must try this place if you visit the island.
