I was very pleased with the service provided by these gents, with a recent move from Samui. The communication was easy, as the owner Jacob speaks english, and they provided a large truck, with a crew of four, plus Jacob, for the loading. The quote was reasonable. We had one item which was over 200 kilos, and due to their creativity, it was not a problem at all. Same on the other end, when it came to unloading. The truck crew was excellent, they arrived exactly as promised, on time, and everything went as smoothly as we hoped it would. I could not possibly recommend this company more highly. We were very satisfied.
I used Samui Storage & Moving Solutions to ship over 180 kg of personal effects from the UK. They acted as my shipping agent meaning all of my boxes were delivered to my door without the worry of dealing with customs officials. This service comes at a cost but I was happy to pay it having had great customer service and great response times to my emails. I experienced no glitches or issues in this shipment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking at international shipping to Samui.
