this is the wrong location(this is a hotel not a car rental office). the cotrect location is at samui airport near arrival hall. wasted almost 2 hours and 200b before we went to the airport to pick up our car. please edit the location soon.

National Car hire at Koh Sumui Customer service. Staff representative 'Oil' (Miss Somruedee Chootungyo) went over and above her duty to help me and my family out last week as we struggled with the budget rental guy who was an absolute puppet (as he only spoke through his on the phone manager who was also a clown). Oil was instrumental in helping us resolve our issue with another firm,and help call our onward hotel to tell them that we were delayed. she printed off our voucher as the 'Budget' desks could print it. Basic help from budget was hopeless. I would not only recommend her personally but she went through their cars and I wished I had booked with her. much better. 5 star person. Thanks Oil. Andy, Sam Ben Phoebe and Fin xx

เช่ารถ นิสสัน ซิลฟี (เครื่องน่าจะ 1.6) มาค่ะ ขนาดรถกำลังดี นั่ง 3 คน ขนของด้วยสบายๆค่ะ แต่รถไม่ค่อยจะมีแรงเลยต้องเหยียบมิดตอนขึ้นเขา(ทางลาดชัน) เสียงเครื่องยนต์ดังมากนึกว่าขับรถสปอร์ต แต่โดยรวมโอเคค่ะ ทั้งราคา รถ บริการ ปล.เคยเช่า jazz ขับ นั่ง 5คน รถมีแรงกว่ารุ่นนี้อีกนะคะ

Problemlos, Auto hatte 7000km auf der Uhr. Allerdings etwas untermotorisiert. Für Steigungen nicht zu empfehlen.
