The WORST service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I can't believe people are calling it a service. So if you want to be screamed and yelled at, or march at the command of the crazy angry guy, then this is the one... I was astonished to see how people (mostly russians) quietly accept this kind of treatment, they just shut up and follow the orders. Unbelievable! There are plenty of better alternatives, so make your choice wisely
Had a great experience. Everything is very clearly written down on their Homepage. Just follow the instructions on their page and book early enough. Send all the required documents in time so they can check and inform you in time in case anything is missing. If you do so, you gonna have a very smooth experience and most likely will get what you have asked for. The visa run itself is very quick and easy. The Minibusses were more confortable as on any other visa run i have ever been on (quite big space for your legs and a confortable seat). You have a choice of two hotels on the kota bharu visa trip. I have choosen the more expensive one and it was great. From what i heard of the guests which were staying at the lower priced one, they were also happy. Herbert cares about his guests and does a great job. He might seems a bit straight forward, but if you bring a huge number on a timebased trip you have to! Better listen carrfully what he sais so you dont hold back the group, because thats very annoying to everyone on the trip. I definitely will use HD VISA service again and highly recomend it to anyone. Was my best visarun experience ever and believe me, i did many. Have fun and good luck. Matthias
Knows his stuff, gets you there and back safely, securely and most importantly with a visa. Drivers are great and friendly. Follow his instructions, be on time, don't mess about and get your documents sorted and you get a visa Recommended! (don't mess him about...he runs a bloomin tight ship)
