I rented a bike for a week, it looked nice and new but finaly I realised that it was dangerous. I got a blowout in the back tyre, I almost fell off. I also was lucky that it happened just right in front of a service. The tyre was so worn out, its surface had holes. I had both tyre and inner tube changed and I paid 800 thb. I called S. Sandee and let her knew about the amount that she told me she would pay me back. On the other day at the middle of a slope the front break stopped working, thank God, I drove slowly as I felt the brakes were acting up. I brought back the bike to S. Sandee a day before I should have because it was dangerous. She only wanted to pay 600 thb saying she only pay for the tyre without inner tube. She ignored the brake issue. I went to the police station, and while I was complaining, S. Sanders husband appeared and paid 800 tbh. I asked the one day rentalfee back as well but he denied paying that. I warned him that his motorbike is a weapon against human life and he should have the front break fixed. 15 minutes later I saw that motorbike among the rentable ones. Please be careful and Do Not Rent any bikes from S Sandee!!!!

This man is crazy! Just a minor scratch and we had to pay 2000 Bath. Be aware of this shop!

Renting a motor bike. Beautiful, unscratched and shiny motor bike could underline some possible costs. Arriving to Koh Phangan I went at S SANDEE BIKE SHOP, at few streets from the pier. So far, so good. As I am used to rent motor bike in Asia, I didn’t pay too much attention to the contract, but I became very aware of it while returning back my motor bike. I had a little accident where I broke the flasher light. I discovered that this little glass protector is an indivisible part of all fronts light so, 4,500 THB. OK, I broke it, I pay it. I also scratched the paint on the front mudguard. I had to pay to change it, 1,300 THB. I argued that they just have to paint the scratch but they told me that they change, they don’t paint. My conclusion is “rent a well-used, may be it will be less expensive if you have littles problems” and if you want a shiny one, avoid S SANDEE BIKE SHOP.

Schrecklich! Touriabzocke. Nie nie da hin gehen. Crazy! Stellen ihr bestes bike mach vorne und bei der kleinsten Schramme ist Zahltag. Mehr als 2000 für einen kleinen Kratzer

Touriabzocke!!!! Für kleine Schrammen 92 Euro bezahlt und lediglich Plastikteile hatten etwas abkommen. Sie stellen immer den neusten Scooter hin damit sie hohe Preise verlangen können wenn etwas passiert!!!
