What a joke of a place. We booked for a friend's birthday, they said OK for us arriving just for 1 hour as the second stop on a party of a bar hopping. They said they cannot do it when we arrive, the staff knew nothing, we explained the situation both in Thai and English. Ended up leaving as they cannot do what they say they will do. I cannot understand why they cannot accommodate people when we are the only customer and book in advance. The staff attitude is bad and say \the boss say no\ as an excuse
They serve a bill for the things you didn't order. So you have to be be careful and count every drink you order. Not a good service.
Good place. Just there is possible improvement that I can see as I have lived in Japan for sometime and familiar with their system particularly the karaoke bar where you sing at the bar with other customers. What’s bartenders’ job when there is lots of people enjoying the mood and waiting for their time for book their song while some people being inconsiderate and pouring songs on the waiting list and being bogarting????? You inform your customer karaoke bar manners especially when you are charged just seating and waiting for your turn.
