Very busy and I think staff should be increased. Imigration Staff is good , polite and quick. Structures are old and out of time I think it need a modern renovation.

This duty free deserves zero stars. They are scammers. I bought some Biotherm (Life Plankton Essence . It is normally gel-like, this bottle was watery and when applied to my skin, it felt different from the original, real stuff). I noticed it was discounted by 300 baht. When i got home and opened it, the plastic wrap was not the original wrap, but rather fake. The product itself had been thinned down with water and it wasn’t even to the top of the bottle. It had definitely been tampered with. And it cost almost 100!
