Good engine, bad electronics and Bad service. I drove my Kia Spectra car all the way from Penang, Malaysia to Bangkok. Penang-\u003ehatyai-\u003ekrabi-\u003ephuket-\u003ebangkok-\u003epattaya-\u003eBangkok . 2500 km. On 9th day at Bangkok my car ac blower stopped working. Took my car to this dealer. hoping that they will do some blower diagnose. Instead senior manager told me to go to another local workshop. But technician opened cars boney and in 10 Mon he said he doesn't have spare. He didn't even do proper debugging. No connectivity test. As I m writing I need to drive 1200km more to reach Malaysia. I told my situation and the trouble I m in. But they really didn't want me to help as they were busy. Update on 13th Feb 2019 Reached Penang, Malaysia safely. Without AC. 1180 km. 90% of distance covered in the night and rest in sun. My car is good. Love Kia car. But this dealer's service is pathetic. Don't have helping mind.
