Hey there, i really enjoyed this place. The room was very spacious and very clean. I love how the condo is pet friendly and I cannot wait to come back and settle myself here. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will give them a 10/10 for their Customer Service.

Pet friendly condominium/service apartments where you can host small pets. Spacious room with moderate price range. Good service staff and empathetic management that aids the tenant's need during difficult time. Have shuttle bus service launched every 15 minutes in the morning to the BTS included into the rent price.

Every time I go to the office and I see the office worker named Thani, I walk right out! I suggest you do the same thing! She is not polite or friendly! It will be better if she wasn't there. If you see her in the office, run!

I actually don't have problems with the management and the community. It is a peaceful community with mostly friendly expats. However what disappoints me are the independent vendors doing business in the community. For example, we have a minimart by the pool that overcharges by 200% sometimes. It is owned by a Filipino. An ice bag that usually sells for 7-9 baht everywhere, they sell it for 20 baht! Nestle 6 liter water, again, stores sell it for 39 baht, our minimart sells it for 55 baht. Actually all their items are marked up from 150-200 percent. Then, we have another vendor across from the minimart run by a lady from Myanmar and she is no better either! A small Leo beer, 85 baht! Why do they sell so expensively? High rent? Price of convenience? Maybe both. I know I have a choice not to buy from them and buy from 7-11 5 minutes away from us.However, it's not about the choice really. It's about allowing people to do business in our small community that think residents should pay whatever we ask if they want convenience. I am sure if reported, \ Consumer Protection Board\ may disagree with that rationale. So, I ask the management here to do something about this by either making some special rental provision for these vendors, so they don't have to charge this much to keep their heads above the water, and/or devise some sort of price control for the vendors, so the residents won't feel they are being taken advantage of for the sake of having convenience.

My Room was spacey. However, upon my first week of staying there I was met With an infestation of cockroaches. I asked the staff for help about it and they just told me that there’s never been a cockroach problem in this building and that I’m the first. I ended up having to pay for my own exterminator to come and even then I was still seeing giant cockroaches every now and then. I never keep food out inside my room everything I eat goes straight in the trash when I’m finished. I then started to realize another problem, the pigeons. My balcony started to fill up with what seems like a mountain of pigeon feces. I sweep it up almost every day but it collects at a very exponential rate. Pigeons also make a lot of noise on my sunroof they run around and fight and it makes a lot of noise and is very nerve-racking. I was also hearing rats running on the roof or attic. The staff installed several mouse traps but nothing seem to work and the sound started to get worse and worse. When COVID-19 struck I temporarily moved to nonthaburi For a few months and when I returned I was met with a horrible smell in my room. It smelled like that of a dead animal. I was also still charged 3500 baht for electricity bill even though I unplugged every single electric thing in my room before I left. The electricity bill seems to be completely rigged. I was also charged with double deposit which is apparently not legal here. My last apartments always charged 1 month deposit. I don’t wanna be that guy ranting on the Internet but this is just my experience and I want people to know about it. The staff are a kind and caring people it’s just the building itself needs to be remodelled or renovated because it’s a very old dirty facility. DO NOT MOVE HERE
