I have visited Bangkok five times and always spend a couple of evenings at Spanky's when in town. Among all the bars at Nana Plaza, they have always had the best looking girls and the most gracious, good-humored staff. Each bar has its own theme and apparel. IMO...the girls in Spanky's are the prettiest in their long stockings and thongs. In fact, I was in a Bangkok two weeks ago and Spanky's did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Gogo bar is Thailand parlance for strip club. It's a bit more loose with the rules you may find in more conservative countries like the US. That in of itself makes for a better experience. Spanky's has better looking and younger women than other Gogo bars in Nana plaza or Soi Cowboy. They're also open later than other places. The staff, and the women, don't pester you for drinks. Of course, you should compensate them for their time, but it's nice to not have a watchful eye be a driving force behind your decision. Note that these women are still people and give them respect. They will return that in kind and it'll be worth your while.
