Do yourself a favour and do not rent from them. I can’t speak for all of the agents in this company but who I worked with was extremely disappointing. When you meet her, it’s all smiley faces and all well and good. But you will have to chase her over and over to get anything done. She will not pick up the phone if the issue is not easy for her. When I finished up my contract, she told me 2 weeks later owner wanted 4000 to fix two paint chipping marks(which I totally believe is reasonable wear and tear). They held my deposit of 74k for 40 days for this. If these issues need to be fixed, 4000 is just an exorbitant amount, and you guess what - no receipt, no quote sheet from so-called “technicians” unless I wait they 45 days because they’re waiting in a queue to get things fixed. AND - no option for me to provide a counter quote. Unbeliveable!!
