Positive - A male staff took care pretty well. The downsides were a female staff spoke a bit too tough to a customer. The worst part is that I gave a call before I went there they said there were available shoe sizes, but once I got there no shoe sizes available. A branch manager better train his/her staffs better than this. It is not good to give a false information to a customer who went all the way to a store to find out their staffs just lied to attract potential customer to the store.

Poor service mind in Icon Siam branch, should improve staff attitude. I was walking in and want to check my feet first to know what kind of my feet, flat or normal or etc., before buying the running shoes. The way she talk to customer kind like insult customer. No care and arrogant. Better to give a knowledge to customer and more politely service mind. Your store is so big but no people walking in, better to check staff attitude. Not all of them but just found one myself. No need to buy here, plenty places to buy. Asics is good shoes though.
