When KFC have a Tuesday's promotion for nugget 12 pieces and Wink sap chicken 12 pieces for 199 Baht , Chicken is always small than normal price.

We use the branches in Singburi and in Ang Thong occasionally. Singburi is quite poor service, often the chicken you want is not ready and you have to wait 20 minutes or so. Plus they tend to give you french fries which have been standing for sometime so they are not fresh. Ang Thong branch is run much better and we have not had any problems with them and the food is always fresh.

ไม่ค่อยประทับใจในการบริการของพนักงานมากนัก โดยเฉพาะด้านหน้าร้าน หลายครั้งที่พนักงานหายไปจากหน้าร้าน พอเรียกพนักงาน พนักก็เมินหน้าเฉยประมาณว่าไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของฉัน ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วถึงแม้นไม่ใช่ก็สามารถตามให้ก็ได้นะคะ และพูดกับลูกค้าว่ารอสักครู่ ส่วนตรงเคาเตอร์ก็บริการด้วยใบหน้ายิ้มแย้มหน่อยค่ะ ทำงานแบบนี้สีหน้าต้องยิ้ม ถึงแม้นคุณอาจจะหงุดหงิดกับลูกค้าบางท่าน ไม่ทราบว่า kfc มีการอบรมพนักงานในเรื่องแบบนี้หรือไม่ เครื่องแต่งกายก็ต้องดูสะอาดนะคะเพราะเราขายอาหาร สรุปไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ
