Capt Somwang

One of the least friendly and least helpful entities I have interacted with. If you call, someone picks up the phone if you are lucky and drops it. When you do get someone its like talking to a wall. But I guess they are representing Italy. Very disappointing. I have no idea who provides positive ratings except staff and friends.

Bad service-minded. I called to the embassy and a woman who pick up use her voice that I felt insult all the time, I wonder how many people experienced this kind of service from 'embassy'. Please feedback this to her and please Improve.

The worst service experience I have had at any embassy or office in Thailand, I have never been shouted at before for asking simple questions, I was totally shocked. The lady working there also shouted at the Thai female in the queue in front of me in a horribly rude fashion. I am an Italian citizen and I was treated horribly also, I hope they are not treating all visitors here this way as it is a very bad look for Italy.

I understand that now is a tough time for everyone. The embassy must have had many phone calls a day, people asked for the same questions, I thought you were their to help them. But what I got today was a hot temper woman that didn't want to answer my questions (which is the only way to know because there was nothing clear on the website) and she just wanted me to shut up, and she just hung up on me.

Thai Care

I called for assistance regard my wife not being able to go back to Italy, but i got on the phone a very rude man and had discussion on phone. I am Italian and this was a time i need it help. No way. Bad, very bad.
