Tried enquiring via social media means i.e. Line and FB, but end up getting cold replies or even NO reply. Decided to make a long trip down to the physical shop today, nothing much to see at the shop and the staff at the shop didn't seem interested to serve us. Now its obvious why Scott bikes are not that popular in Thailand. I owned a Scott for 10 years and was a huge fan of this brand, but now, not anymore.
