Nature at its best. We went just before the COVID locked down, and it was totally empty. Got the whole trail for ourselves. Wear comfortable shoes, no need hiking gears. All guides are local people, so thank them with a good tip and you will get a big smile back.

Very nice trail which is best to be done in the morning as soon as finish watching the sun raise from the car park for this Trail. It will take roughly 2hrs depending on the number of photos taken :). Visitors must get a queue number and wait until the number is call upon as a local guide needs to be hired for this hike. There was no max number for the group. The cost for a guide was 200 baht which is well worth.
Well paved 3 km hike that wasn’t too rigorous. National park entrance fee was 300 baht for for foreigners and 50 baht for Thais. Then you had to pay 200 baht for a guide through the trail which I thought was easy enough to hike without one. The views were nice and the guide tried to point out and explain some things on the way but she only spoke thai.
I went in late afternoon and the view over the western mountain range was gorgeous. It’s a beautiful walk. Remember to go there before 4 pm as the walk take 2 hours.
Not too long so the kids can do it too. Lovely views
