Delicious tonkatsu and good choice of other Japanese dishes. Busy atmosphere and cosy ambiance. Excellent value for money. Welcoming staff that is quick to address customers' requests. A pleasant background music from the tape, but it seems that they have only one tape mix and play it over and over again throughout the day, every day.
This is a really pleasant and unexpected restaurant. From the outside, this restaurant is easily overlooked, but once inside, it's much more spacious than expected and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. When we were there, the restaurant was filled with Japanese businessmen and families, suggesting a good Japanese restaurant. We were not let down, everyone enjoyed their meals.
There are many neighborhood restaurants in Bangkok. This is one and a very good one. I especially like their Tonkatsu.
Tried katsu curry and left happy. Could be slightly cheaper, with 7 % and 10% ended up paying 400thb for a meal
You can have TONKATSU set even night time. There are also several different menu such as Japanese style fish, pasta, and of cause alcohols.
