I give KATAI Massage 5 stars because they keep there business open every day while all other places are closing. All the ladies here are very professional and really friendly. I like to support them and go to this place regularly. Now it is recommended yo make a reservation because it actually happend to me that they are fully booked. It seems to go by word of mouth that they are open normal hours every day

Really clean and friendly place, great service! We were a bit scared not to be able to find a massage place nearby that wasnt dodgy. Katai Massage is perfect - the oil and thai massages were great ( we ended up going twice in 2 days) and couples get a shared space. Will definitely visit again next time we are in Patong!

The best foot reflexology/massage in Patong, the ladies a brilliant and although a bit painful at certain times the massage is worth it... They are so good that we returned 3 times for other services, including one of the best pedicures we have received in the world .. The \Big Boss\ is truly entertaining and makes the experience a memorable one. . Our expectations were exceeded and we highly recommend Katai Massage Phuket...

Asked for facial massage but it felt like a cosmetic treat. Alot of lotion and cream and also ICE??? My first time and I expected a face massage not baby face treat. The lady massuar laughed and talked all the time and stopped couple of times during the treatment. Also it was very ruahed no feeling what so ever. I was dissapointed expecting actual face MASSAGE. Not professional. Not reccomended.
