Near places of interests (university, parks, beach), has some retailers, game center, enough parking, but old buildings and stuffs, office open only in daylight (10 am - 5 pm) in weekdays, the easy-to-access gate open only in office hours, lack common room/hall to welcome guests. Full CCTV environment.
