I have traveled and lived in a few places in Thailand and JTW is the clear winner for rental bike from all my experiences. The bikes are great, well serviced, the prices are fair, transparent and there is a good selection. If you need to rent a bike in Phuket then honestly this is the best place to go. Just give them a call and if Paul (the owner) has bike available your good to go, no stress, no hassle, no passport as a deposit.

Paul is a great chap and offers a good service! He has been honest,helpful, very knowledgeable and the bikes are in great condition (mine was new). We've used these bikes once before and even recommend to other tourists. Paul will even drop the bike(s) to you at your hotel. Totally recommend!
Great, reliable rental company. Delivered a scooter right to our door. Paul was super friendly and gave great tips on the area. The scooter ran perfectly the entire week. Highly recommend!
Paul, the owner, is English so communication is no problem. He is extremely helpful and reliable, and went above and beyond to make our trip to Phuket enjoyable. The bikes are in great condition too. Helmets included. I can vouch for everything Lamar said below too: Paul walked us through using the bikes, helped get us tours at a great price, was flexible about times or extending, and always showed up on time. Can't recommend JTW enough.
We recently went to Phuket Thailand for the first time. We decided to become like the locals and rent motorbikes to get around the island. I’m super glad we made the decision to rent for JTW. Paul was amazing...he arranged dropping the bikes off at our villa and was promptly on time bringing our motorbikes. He stayed awhile walked me through the basics of operating the bike, and offered suggestions of where I should visit on the island. We took all his advice and had an amazing time. He even went the extra mile of booking and excursion for me through someone he knew that would offer me the best experience of Phi Phi Island. His service was so great and we enjoyed the bikes so much...we extended our rental for an extra day, and without issue Paul agreed it would just fine to keep the bikes. Over all if you’re looking for a precessional experience and bikes that are in GREAT condition at a great price go with JTW...no scams, no hidden fees, not looking to keep your deposit. Just clean friendly service from a great team!!! Recommending to a few people visiting in April of 2020!!! Thanks again!!!
