New and small Muay Thai gym. Very welcoming with family vibes. Head coach is Thai, One of the coaches is a former Dutch Muay Thai fighter, and the rest of the crew is Thai. Dropped in for a single session, very good price, 300baht for two hours. Great session. Warmup, drills, pad work and finish of with bag work and abs. It’s not just a workout but you’ll actually learn something. Bami will share details on how to do and why you you certain techniques.
